We are in network providers for the Delta Premier and Blue Cross Dental Blue networks. We also have many patients with dental insurance from other companies or no insurance at all. We will process the claim forms and accept payment from all dental carriers. Patients are responsible for providing all necessary insurance information and to pay for what insurance does not cover. Patients can request that a predetermination of benefits be submitted to their insurance company to assist in understanding their insurance coverage. In addition, our office can provide an estimate of fees for your plan for treatment.
